Malfunction of the Second Orbiter Transfer Vehicle Reported

On August 29th, 2021, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) reported a malfunction of the Second Orbiter Transfer Vehicle (OTV) during its mission to deliver the GSAT-7A satellite into orbit. The OTV is a crucial component of India’s space program, responsible for transporting satellites from the Earth’s surface to their designated orbits in space.
